1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days — Cost PKR 99/- and Free for orders above Rs.4000/-

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — and Cost for Express Shipping is Rs. 650/-

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Pakistan.

  • If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support for assistance.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking page.


5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier issues.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving them.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
